Yes! Bright Mind contains 75mg caffeine per serving from natural sources including Matcha, Guarana, and Green Tea Extract. The key is that Green Tea derived caffeine contains L-Theanine which helps level out the jitters that you otherwise would get from coffee or synthetic caffeine.
CAN I STILL DRINK COFFEE?
Sure! But you might find that you don't need to. Also, some Bright Mind users drink it in the afternoon instead of a second cup of coffee.
HOW OFTEN CAN I TAKE BRIGHT MIND?
Bright mind is designed for daily mental nourishment. We recommend that you take a day off each week.
For demanding days it is safe to take twice in a day. We recommend taking the first dose an hour upon waking, and the next shortly after lunch. Don't take more than 3 doses in 24 hours.
